Student Studying Vermont Adult Learning is responsible for assuring consistent policy and services in the 10 full-service Centers throughout the state. The Learning Works system is made possible through VAL's coordinated efforts with Central Vermont ABE, Northeast Kingdom Learning Services, and The Tutorial Center of Bennington.
